We design tailored facilitation processes using an integrative and presence-oriented approach to assess and optimize team and organizational potential.
3 phases to the work:
1. Assess: First, we assess the thoughts, behaviors, heart, spoken and unspoken culture, creativity and spirit of the group. Then, we co-create tailored and experiential facilitated processes that tap into the group’s innate potential.
2. Facilitate: We utilize a variety of facilitation approaches including appreciative inquiry, future search, restorative circles, gestalt methods, process oriented psychology, all aimed at increasing group cohesiveness, and recommitting it to meaningful productivity.
3. Integrate: We design follow up coaching and facilitation engagements that ensure that actions and commitments are able to become part of the sustainable culture over time.
We coach purpose driven leaders who want to align with and lead from their authentic core. The weight of leadership is heavy and the journey is often lonely. Leaders are expected to meet the demands of every aspect of organizational life. Through fierce curiosity, compassion and honest mirroring, we will close the gaps between where you are and where you ache to be. We will work to integrate all of who you are—your vision, values, grit, fears, pains, longings. We will hold up a gentle but firm mirror to uncover both, the action and inaction, needed to lead with mind, heart and soul.
We design and facilitate tailored dialogue and community engagement processes to heal entrenched community and social divides on often unspoken, marginalized issues. Healing the heart of the community can restore our original interconnectedness and resilience.
My big hope is to facilitate a coming together of our differences so that we can tap into a bigger whole that unites us as communities, and ultimately, as a human race. This work is not easy, but it is necessary for our collective healing.
